I really enjoy working with Atif and would hiring him again. He was very transparent on his process and let me know if there was any action items on my end that was preventing him to move forward. We were a day early on deployment and Atif was able to sneak in some features that was not in my original requirements (that I missed).

Atif is an efficient and autonomous developer. He delivers quick and constantly asks for feedback to improve the quality of work, and I appreciate this. One minor thing was that our collaboration was not as effective as I would hope it to be. E.g. I believe I provided rather detailed design spec including certain implementation logics, but somehow it got lost in coordination. It ended up us fixing bugs that should have been prevented if he has examined or checked in with me regarding those specifics.
